[00:00:14] Speaker B: Well, hello everyone. I am very, very excited to be coming back with season eight of a Wonder Care podcast. I took a little break there for a while because the there was a lot going on. I was participating in Paris Marathon and also I started a couch to five k running podcast over on Instagram underrun IRL. So I just took a little pause from the general family health information for a few weeks. But I'm so excited about coming back. The first episode will be out on Wednesday the 22 May. And look, it's gotta be one topic, hay fever and why everyone is saying there's so much worse with it this year. So I want to explain all about the effect of global climate change on hay fever and our day to day symptoms, and also talk about lots of ways we can help to prevent and treat it. Mostly, though, for season eight I will be focusing on all things gut health, so of course there's gonna be talk of probiotics. I'm also going to be discussing lots of different gastro problems, think constipation, diarrhea, upset tummies, indigestion, reflux in babies, all of that. That is all coming in season eight and I'm so excited to get stuck in. Last season I introduced some living with episodes. These are where I talk to people who are living with any kind of physical or mental illness or disability and find out lots more about what it's like to live with one of these conditions or disabilities. I still am in awe of Bobbie Hickey, who I interviewed last season about living with blindness, so I have a couple of cool episodes coming up this season as well. But I definitely have the odds stacked a lot more in my favor. And my hay fever is always much better controlled when I'm using my salon plus.
